The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining business specifications, and providing user support for the CRM system.ResponsibilitiesData Stewardship to include User, data enrichment, data de-duplication, and general data hygieneSupport the CRM user community and the software development/technical teams through which requirements and support flowCapture business requirements from business community and IT communityWork with and lead super users in the direction around changes, issues, and Improvements and other areas that help drive the goals of CRMProvide day to day business user support of CRM systemCreation & Maintenance of production quality operational dashboards, data reports and analysisTraining to small groups via webDocument data and system improvements or change requestsCommunication of changes and issues within region supportingPerform testing on issues and improvementsAct closely with system collaborators from all divisions in the businessSupport CRM//Power BI/CPQ Projects as neededSupport of SalesForce.com user submitted ticketsOther Duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited higher learning institution preferredEquivalent experience and proficiency accepted in lieu of Associates/Bachelor's degree1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ & Power BI strongly preferredExperience with eliciting information from users to support SalesForce.comExperience in a Scientific or Pharmaceutical environment is advantageousMust be results oriented with a good attention to detailExperience leading projects and timelinesMust have strong written and oral communication skills, proficient in written & oral EnglishInteract professionally with a diverse group of domain authorities, managers, and executivesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipMust be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screeningSFDC Business Analyst or Administrator or AI certified desiredCompany OverviewThermo Fisher Scientific is a biotechnology and laboratory equipment company that provides a wide range of scientific products and services.
