They are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support their global Revenue organization by providing data-driven insights, system optimization, and reporting excellence.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and enhance Salesforce (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automations) to support sales and revenue workflowsPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsMaintain data integrity, governance, and system performance across pipeline, forecasting, and account managementSupport ongoing enhancements to CPQ, lead routing, and opportunity management processesBuild and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting in Salesforce and BI toolsDeliver insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, stage movement, and forecast accuracyAnalyze trends across segments (Mid-Market, Enterprise) and sales motions (new logo, expansion, renewal)Support recurring business reviews (QBRs, forecast calls, board reporting) with clean, actionable analyticsAnalyze Gong data to surface deal risk signals, win/loss insights, and rep performance trendsBuild reporting frameworks that connect Gong insights to Salesforce pipeline and outcomesPartner with Sales Leadership to identify coaching opportunities and improve deal executionSupport enablement initiatives by translating conversation intelligence into best practicesDrive improvements to sales processes aligned with defined Rules of Engagement and lifecycle governanceIdentify bottlenecks in pipeline flow and recommend systemic fixes (automation, process, or reporting changes)Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessSupport territory planning, account segmentation, and pipeline coverage analysisDesign and implement Salesforce Flows and automations to reduce manual work and improve data qualitySupport Account Engagement (marketing automation) reporting and integration with SalesforceContribute to development of AI-driven workflows, prompts, or internal agents to enhance productivity (e.g., deal insights, reporting automation, content generation)Evaluate and operationalize emerging tools that improve revenue efficiencySkills3–6 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roleHands-on experience with Salesforce Administration (configuration, reporting, dashboards)Proven experience building sales reporting and executive dashboardsExperience working with Gong (or similar conversation intelligence platform) for reporting and analysis as well as TriggersStrong Salesforce knowledge (standard objects, reporting, dashboards, data model)Advanced Excel / data analysis skills (pivot tables, modeling, data validation)Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendationsFamiliarity with sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools)Analytical problem solver with attention to detail and data accuracyStrong communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholdersProcess-oriented mindset with focus on scalability and efficiencyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSalesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator)Experience with Salesforce Flows, CPQ, or advanced automationExperience with Account Engagement (Pardot)Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent/workflow developmentFamiliarity with B2B SaaS sales models and enterprise sales cyclesBenefitsComprehensive medical coverage, with dental, vision and life insuranceCompetitive 401(k) plan with employer matchingUnlimited flexible time off (FTO)World-class training that keeps you at the forefront of innovationCompany OverviewRadancy delivers the future of talent acquisition with an AI-powered platform that simplifies hiring and accelerates results.
