They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to build and optimize the internal infrastructure that powers their sales organization, focusing on CRM strategy, forecasting processes, and sales enablement programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn and administer the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and user adoption across the sales teamEvaluate, implement, and manage the sales technology stack, including tools for prospecting, engagement, forecasting, and analyticsDevelop and enforce CRM usage standards, workflows, and data governance policiesDesign and maintain a reliable sales forecasting process, working with sales leadership to improve accuracy and visibilityBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on pipeline health, rep performance, win/loss trends, and revenue projectionsIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales funnel and recommend data-driven improvementsDevelop and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, content, and skills to succeedCollaborate with Marketing to align messaging, collateral, and campaign strategies with field executionCreate and maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and best-practice guidesOwn the end-to-end RFP process, serving as the primary coordinator for all incoming requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotation (RFQs)Build and maintain a centralized RFP content library, including standard responses, case studies, and supporting documentation, ensuring content stays current and accurateCollaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and subject matter experts to develop compelling, compliant, and timely proposal responsesTrack RFP timelines, deadlines, and outcomes; analyze win/loss data to continuously improve response quality and strategyDevelop and refine RFP workflows, templates, and scoring criteria to improve efficiency and consistency across submissionsDefine, document, and optimize end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through close and renewalDrive cross-functional initiatives to streamline handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and other departmentsEstablish KPIs and operational cadences (weekly reviews, QBRs) that keep the team aligned and accountableSkills5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related roleProven expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred); ability to configure, customize, and extract meaningful reportingStrong analytical skills with experience building forecasting models and sales dashboardsDemonstrated ability to design scalable processes and drive adoption across distributed teamsExcellent cross-functional communication and project management skillsComfortable working in a remote environment with a distributed, fast-paced sales teamBachelor's DegreeExperience in a SaaS or technology company, particularly in the public safety or criminal justice software sectorFamiliarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)BenefitsFully remote work environment with a flexible, results-focused culture.Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development support.Company OverviewKarpel Solutions is a business and government solutions and managed services provider that focuses on its clients' strategic goals.
