Β Oversee the development and implementation of actionable sales and marketing plans.
Β Utilize diverse sales and marketing tools to optimize RevPAR and total revenue.
Β Assist in corporate rate negotiations and the deployment of the sales team.
Β Support recruitment and development efforts for the sales team.
Β Aid in the establishment and management of marketing budgets.
Β Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Β Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales bonus program.
Β Participate in sales calls and provide training to sales managers and team members.
Β Optimize and prioritize sales department activities to ensure accountability to goals and quotas.
