[Remote] Sales Manager - Mountain West (Human Nutrition)

The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets within the Mountain West region.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, maintain, and expand the customer base by identifying new prospects and driving business development across the assigned territoryDevelop and execute territory sales plans and annual budgets to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targetsManage and grow key accounts, increasing share of wallet while securing new business with supplement CDMOs and brand manufacturersDeliver accurate forecasts, quarterly projections, and account plans based on market trends and performance dataMonitor sales performance, pricing, and collections in line with credit policies, partnering with internal teams as neededIdentify new product opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to develop customized solutions and drive commercializationBuild strong customer relationships, handle complaints, and coordinate with technical teams for timely issue resolutionConduct market research to track competitors, industry trends, and provide insights to strengthen market presenceEnsure accurate CRM updates, maintain documentation, and prepare MIS reports to track performance and drive action plansSkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales with strong relationships in the Health & Nutrition sector (Ingredients/Capsules)Territory Experience (must-have): Proven track record selling nutraceutical ingredients in the U.S Mount West regionCore Sales Skills: Planning, forecasting, negotiation, sales process management, pipeline hygiene, and market mappingInterpersonal: Strong relationship builder; self-starter who performs under pressure and works independentlyTravel: ~50% within the U.SMBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferredCompany Overview🔥 Your Preferred Talent Partner in Nutraceutical Sales Recruitment 🔥 We specialize in finding the best sales talent for nutraceutical businesses to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
