We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to drive ecommerce and omnichannel revenue growth with Amazon as the primary focus. As a key member of our team, you will resolve customer inquiries, offer tailored solutions, and present our products and services to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to Amazon, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth
Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about latest developments and product offerings
Develop and create sales materials to present to customers, showcasing our products and services
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a focus on ecommerce sales and marketing
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in marketing/sales
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Ecommerce Sales and Marketing roles
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Willingness to travel to top accounts or industry shows (as required)
