They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Clinician Liaisons, focusing on driving referral growth and building relationships with healthcare providers. This role involves strategic planning, performance management, and collaboration with clinical and operational teams to enhance outreach efforts.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Clinician Liaisons to achieve referral growth and activity targetsConduct regular field coaching to strengthen outreach effectiveness and relationship-building skills with ride-alongs as neededFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSupport hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of CL team membersDevelop and execute territory-level outreach strategies aligned with growth objectivesGuide CLs in building high-impact call plans with referral partnersExpand stakeholder engagement within accounts by building relationships across multiple decision-makersIdentify and prioritize opportunities across CAP, Non-CAP, and new referral sourcesDeepen engagement within key accounts to strengthen long-term referral partnershipsEstablish, track, and drive performance against key metrics, including referral volume, outreach activity, and conversion ratesUtilize Salesforce and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) to monitor performance and identify trendsConduct regular 1:1s to review performance, provide coaching, and align on prioritiesEnsure consistent execution of outreach strategy across the teamMaintain an active presence in the field to support and coach CLs in real-timeProvide guidance on relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and referral conversionReinforce best practices in account management, including broadening engagement within priority accountsSupport CLs in strengthening account coverage and expanding their network within each referral partnerPartner with Clinical and Operations teams to align outreach efforts with clinician capacity and patient access needsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support provider engagement and educational opportunitiesEnsure alignment between referral demand and scheduling availabilityEnsure accurate and timely documentation of outreach activities within SalesforceReinforce adherence to Salesforce standards and best practicesMaintain visibility into referral trends, account activity, and overall business performanceSkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field5+ years of sales or business development experience; 2-3 years of leadership experienceProven ability to lead and develop high-performing, field-based sales teamsStrong relationship-building and coaching skillsData-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce and performance reporting toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentWillingness to travel regularly within assigned marketsQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United StatesDemonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of cultureBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, AD&D, short and long-term disability, and life insuranceA 401k retirement savings with employer matchPaid parental leavePaid time offHoliday payEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany OverviewLifeStance is a national provider of behavioral healthcare services with operations across the country.
