The role involves managing the sales cycle, developing strategic account plans, and building relationships with senior marketing leaders to drive growth and revenue.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a qualified pipeline across North AmericaIdentify and engage CMOs, Marketing VPs, Brand Leaders, Digital Leaders, and Business Unit HeadsGenerate opportunities through networking, referrals, events, partnerships, outbound outreach, and social sellingDevelop strategic account plans for target organizationsOwn the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closureLead discovery workshops and client conversationsTranslate client challenges into marketing and growth solutionsDevelop proposals, commercial models, and Statements of Work in collaboration with delivery teamsAchieve quarterly and annual revenue targetsBuild Zensciences' visibility within the US B2B marketing ecosystemRepresent the company at industry events and conferencesDevelop relationships with technology partners, analysts, and ecosystem playersProvide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor to clientsBuild executive-level relationshipsIdentify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across service linesSkills8–15 years of sales, business development, or account growth experienceProven success selling agency, consulting, digital marketing, creative, SEO, content, or technology marketing servicesStrong network across B2B technology, SaaS, industrial, healthcare, or enterprise sectorsExperience managing deals in the $50K–$500K+ annual range, and having managed minimum $5M in annualized revenueExcellent consultative selling capabilitiesStrong executive presence and presentation skillsAbility to engage C-level stakeholdersComfortable operating in a high-growth entrepreneurial environmentStrong understanding of branding, content, digital marketing, SEO, demand generation, and marketing technologyPrior experience with leading agencies or leading independent agenciesExperience selling to enterprise technology companiesExisting relationships with CMOs and marketing leaders in North AmericaBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance incentives.Opportunity to be part of the North American growth leadership team.Potential long-term wealth creation through performance-linked incentives.Company OverviewZensciences provides integrated marketing consulting services.
