The role involves developing sales strategies for IT quality assurance solutions, collaborating with clients to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth through new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for new logo sales development of IT quality assurance solutions for organizationsDevelop deeper understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to create customized sales strategy and marketing plansCollaborate with clients to understand their IT quality assurance needs and provide tailored solutionsDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growthConduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning within the assigned sectorsMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM toolsGenerate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to accurate forecastingSkills10+ Years of Enterprise Sales experience within IT Services or products (Quality Engineering exp, Business Process Outsourcing exp - all a plus)Strong understanding of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audienceProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsAbility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry eventsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven approachBenefitsBe a part of a company who strives to support for diversity and inclusion in the workplace – we are one, we are many at Qualitest.
