The role involves making outbound calls, following up on marketing leads, and providing customer service to both internal and external clients.ResponsibilitiesProactively make outbound calls to uncover and close sales opportunities to existingAggressively follow up on marketing generated leadsMaintain necessary database entries, spreadsheets, charts, files of communications and ordersOther outbound sales related duties/projects as directedProviding customer service to internal and external customersGenerating and qualify leads through referralsFlexible schedule in order to accommodate 8am – 5pm in all 4 US mainland time zones.
