Bloom Equity Partners is seeking a proactive and self-motivated GRC Sales Executive to drive business growth through consultative selling and client relationship management. In this mid-level role, you will identify new customers, manage accounts, and strategically upsell GRC Solutions products and services.ResponsibilitiesProspect to win new businessManage and grow an account portfolioDevelop, qualify and close opportunities in accordance with agreed criteria and exceed target expectationsMaintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and activities log using the GRC pipeline softwareBecome an expert in the GRC product value proposition and servicesDevelop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, through telephone and email contactRegister leads, follow up leads, organize scoping calls with consultants where necessaryPersonal forecasting and pipeline managementProvide supporting information to clients including quotes, proposals, PPT presentations, offers and promotionsAssist with bids and tendersPrepare Professional Services agreementsProvide customer and industry feedback to support the Group sales strategyDevelop and maintain an understanding of our customer base and competitors operating in the same marketsProfessionally and passionately represent the GRC brand, vision, and values at all timesSkillsPrevious experience in sales, new business development and account managementAble to articulate the benefits of products to clients and is conversant with professional sales techniquesA highly driven individual, possessing initiative and a willingness βto go that extra mile', goal oriented with a sense of urgencyBe bottom-line oriented, budget-conscious and metric/measurement driven, as well as having a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsExcellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skillsExperience in opportunity qualification and objection handlingPossess the highest level of integrity; be coachable and a team playerProficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)Experience with Social Media and CRM SoftwareAttention to detailKnowledge of the cyber security and data privacy compliance marketsUse of CRM system (preferably Salesforce)Use of cadences (preferably Salesloft)Experience of preparing Professional Services Agreements and basic contract knowledgeCompany OverviewBloom Equity Partners is an investment firm focused on B2B Software companies.
