As a Sales Executive, you will engage B2B prospects through outbound calls, driving sales of digital and direct mail marketing tools while achieving performance KPIs in a remote work setting. Responsibilities Engaging B2B prospects through a high volume of outbound phone calls to book appointments and drive sales of digital and direct mail marketing tools Consistently achieving activity and performance KPIs, including phone time, dials, and sales volume Following an established sales process and incorporating coaching and feedback from management Demonstrating a competitive, energetic, and positive attitude in a high-rejection, high-volume sales environment Performing independently and reliably in a remote work setting Skills Resident in one of the following states: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV Available to work a 40-hour standard schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST) weekdays- with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts- from a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with a high-speed internet connection Has a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet for remote work Energetic, resilient, and positive attitude with strong communication and persuasion skills High integrity, work ethic, reliability, and self-discipline to perform independently in a remote environment Driven to exceed goals and thrive in high-rejection, high-volume outbound sales Bachelor's degree Proven quota attainment and strong career progression in highly-competitive work environments Benefits Robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match and much more Equipment needed to work remotely - including laptop and phone services Company Overview ReminderMedia specializes in customizable marketing solutions for business professionals to stay top-of-mind with their clients.
