[Remote] Sales Engineer - USA

They are seeking a Sales Engineer to engage with clients, manage technical queries, and ensure alignment of technical requirements with the company's products and services.ResponsibilitiesOngoing client engagement to ensure technical alignment. This will include pre/post sales technical issues, documenting technical requirements, and understanding the product's technical feasibility within the opportunity/customer environmentSelf-starter, proactive and ability to work independently when applicable a mustDevelop/provide technical collateral, and training for product awareness pre/post salesWork in close alignment with Pre-Post Sales teams to ensure technical requirements from customer are understood and aligned with the company’s products/services. This includes documenting opportunity/customer network design, internal alignment with network/engineering team to execute VPN, Static IP and any other technical elements to help support pre-post sales processManage the customers’ technical queries and monitor support requests to ensure that the company’s products are meeting requirements while working in close collaboration with customer success to ensure internal alignmentPrepare and communicate weekly and quarterly reports, including weekly technical issues/escalationsSkills5+ years of experience managing customer technical relationships at Enterprise level5+ years of experience with technical pre-post salesKnowledge and experience of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, proxies, etc.)Knowledge of cellular networks: Signaling (MAP, DIAMETER, GTP, etc.), core infrastructure (PGWs, STPs, DEAs, and HLR-/HSS's), roaming (SS7, GRX, IPX), Remote Sim Provisioning (RSP), SGP02, and SGP22Strong project and time management skillsExceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to build technical business relationships that drive alignment internally and externallyProven track record working independently as well within team environmentDemonstrate strategic, tactical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to take on and manage projects with a can-do attitudeAbility to analyze data and technical trends, articulating findingsBenefitsThe opportunity for professional development within a reputable international innovative and growing company.The opportunity to join a team of highly professional specialists in an international environment.Fully remote role.Medical benefits.Company OverviewWebbing is a global MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) connectivity provider for enterprise mobility and IoT space It was founded in 2010, and is headquartered in Petah Tiqva, HaMerkaz, ISR, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
