[Remote] Sales Engineer, Cloud Product Line Specialist

The Sales Engineer, Cloud Product Line Specialist will provide technical direction and business guidance to the sales team, focusing on driving innovative technical programs and supporting customer engagement throughout the sales process.ResponsibilitiesProvides technical leadership and direction to Rubrik, customers, and prospects in the development and positioning Cloud Licensing solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)Serves as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as a public cloud subject matter expert when positioning Rubrik's Cloud capabilities to key accountsLeads technical sales calls, gathers / analyzes customer feedback, and identifies trendsQualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and fundingMaintains a consistent cadence with product management to ensure product roadmap alignment with customer demandsAssists with the development of marketing and sales collateral to ensure alignment with customer needs and technical accuracyAids in the development and delivery of technical enablement to Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales architectsCross-functionally drives the adoption of Rubik's cloud native protection technologies throughout Rubrik and the public cloud ecosystemSkills5+ years of sales engineering experience in an unstructured data environment with a proven track record of successAdditional preference for experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP infrastructure solutionsDriven – need for success, highly energetic with a strong hands-on, 'can do' approachThe successful candidate must have a fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery and data analyticsEntrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, 'get it done' attitudeStrives in moving in a fast-paced environment; including handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow upA high level of business acumen and experience working with Cx0 level personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve business challengesSmart, adaptable and open-mindedBenefitsEligible to earn commissions pursuant to the Company’s written Incentive Compensation PlanEligible for equity and benefitsCompany OverviewRubrik is a data security platform that delivers cyber resilience, cyber posture, and cyber recovery solutions.
