[Remote] Sales Enablement Operations Manager

The Sales Enablement Operations Manager supports the Home Loans organization by managing sales enablement programs to drive loan production and improve sales efficiency, ensuring loan officers have access to necessary tools and resources.ResponsibilitiesOwn execution of local market events and tradeshows that support brand awareness and real estate partner engagementManage end-to-end event logistics, including booth coordination, vendor management, signage, food and beverage, and on-site executionIdentify and execute creative in-market brand activation opportunities aligned to existing events and partnershipsSupport client appreciation events and local sponsorship activationsDocument networking interactions and coordinate post-event follow-up activities, including debriefs and lead engagement supportCurate and distribute approved social media content for loan officers across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramServe as an initial point of contact for loan officers needing guidance on social selling tools, best practices, and content usageMonitor industry and social media trends within real estate and mortgage markets and prepare summaries for internal stakeholdersPartner with loan officers on market-specific collateral requests to support events, real estate partners, seminars, sponsorships, and local initiativesCoordinate execution of sales contests and incentive programs in alignment with Home Loans strategy teamsFacilitate updates to loan officer web pages and Home Loans landing pages by coordinating with corporate marketing and following established governance processesAssist with tracking and reporting on marketing and enablement performance metricsSupport onboarding of new loan officers by partnering with training teams to ensure access to tools, resources, and enablement materialsDevelop and maintain relationships with real estate brokerages and associations to support recruiting and market expansion effortsCollaborate with sales leadership to understand recruitment needs and support targeted recruiting initiativesParticipate in interviews and candidate assessments as requested by Sales Enablement leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5–7 years of directly relevant experience in sales enablement operations, marketing operations, event management, or related rolesExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational, project management, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to execute operational processes consistently and accuratelyExperience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Total Expert, Volly, LeadPops, ActivePipe, Bonzo or similar), Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and social media platformsAbility to travel to support key tradeshows and in-market eventsExperience supporting sales teams in financial services, mortgage, or real estate environmentsFamiliarity with loan officer marketing regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., RESPA, Fair Lending, Regulation Z)Experience coordinating with hotel event staff, tradeshow vendors, and external production partnersKnowledge of local real estate markets and mortgage industry practicesBenefitsThis role is also eligible for a bonus and competitive benefits.To view all of our comprehensive and competitive benefits, visit our **[Benefits at SoFi](https://sofietyinfo.sofi.com/sofi-benefits)**page!Company OverviewSoFi is a finance company that offers a range of lending and wealth management services.
