[Remote] Sales Enablement Manager, Account Management

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving readiness and effectiveness of Zywave Account Management Teams by designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive sales enablement and training programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn all aspects of enablement programs for Zywave Account Management Teams, including new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and professional development for existing staffPartner with Sales Leaders and HR to establish a competency and assessment framework that addresses the specific enablement needs of each Sales TeamLead creation, coordination, delivery, adoption, and measurement of process and product training, content, messaging, tools, and resources that support Sales readiness and effectivenessEngage regularly with Sales Teams to understand customer needs and develop enablement assets that address those needsCollaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to produce enablement materials that support product launches and marketing initiativesTrack and analyze usage and effectiveness of enablement assets; consult with Sales Teams to assess impact on customer engagementAudits the Sales processes to find areas of improvement to enhance customer experienceResearch, scope, implement, and drive adoption of new enablement programs and initiativesEnsure strategic alignment across Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, HR, Product, and Marketing TeamsManage additional learning projects and coordinate all associated activities as neededSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of sales enablement and/or sales training experience in a technology company, preferably in a SaaS or Insurtech spaceProven experience rolling out, scaling and supporting Miller Heiman LAMP, Strategic Account Management (SAM) or Key Account Management (KAM) frameworks. Relevant Certification would be a plusMastery in adult learning and sales methodologies, sales curriculum design, course development and training deliveryExtensive experience in implementing and driving enablement programs, including but not limited to onboarding, continuous learning and professional developmentDemonstrated ability to define enablement needs for the organization, implement competency framework and align learning initiatives to itProficiency in Showpad (or other LMS/CMS platforms), Articulate 360 (or other content authoring tools), Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com (or other CRM)Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skillsSolid facilitation and delivery skillsResourceful, adaptable, energetic, and entrepreneurialAbility to function both independently and as part of a team in a multi-task environmentAbility to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organizationsCompany OverviewZywave leads the insurtech industry with the most comprehensive cloud platform solutions.
