Sensiba LLP is looking for a hands-on Senior Sales Enablement Content Specialist who will create polished, on-brand sales and marketing assets. This role involves owning the content development process and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to produce high-impact materials that drive revenue and support pipeline generation.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end development of high-impact sales and marketing content, including customer case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, sales decks, and campaign assetsTransform complex business and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and structured narratives tailored to target personas and buying stagesProduce content that not only informs but actively supports pipeline generation and deal progression by addressing customer needs, objections, and use casesBuild, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized library of sales-ready content that is easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned to key stages of the sales cycleCollaborate directly with Sales teams to understand buyer challenges, refine messaging, and create assets that accelerate deal velocity and improve win ratesEnsure content is practical, actionable, and designed for real-world sales usage—enabling teams to tell a consistent, compelling story across engagementsOwn and optimize content workflows, from intake and prioritization through production, review, and delivery, using CMS, DAM, or similar toolsMaintain strong version control and governance processes to ensure content remains current, accurate, and easily retrievableBalance multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAct as a high-bar editor across all content, ensuring clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice and messaging guidelinesEstablish and maintain content standards, templates, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across teams and deliverablesProvide feedback and guidance to cross-functional partners and contributors to elevate overall content qualitySkillsExceptional editing and writing skills (clear, concise, structured)Ability to go from rough input → polished, executive-ready outputStrong visual instincts—comfortable designing your own assetsExperience with content tools (CMS, DAM, or workflow systems)Proficient in: PowerPoint / Google Slides, Canva (or similar design tools), Word / Google DocsHighly self-sufficient and execution-focusedAble to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsCollaborative, low-ego partner to Sales and Marketing teamsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5–8 years in content marketing, content strategy, or marketing communicationsExperience creating sales enablement or customer-facing marketing assetsBackground in B2B or SaaS environments preferredBonus: Figma, Web CMS platformsBenefitsComprehensive Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision.Retirement & Financial Planning Support – 401(k) with match, financial wellness programs.Generous Paid Time Off – Vacation, sick time, holidays, parental leave and volunteer days.Flexible Work Arrangements – Hybrid or remote options, flexible hours.Performance-Based Bonus – Recognition for your contributions through discretionary bonuses.Professional Development Opportunities – Tuition reimbursement, certifications, mentorship.Career Growth & Internal Mobility – Clear paths for advancement and role transitions.Inclusive & Supportive Culture – DEI initiatives, employee resource groups, wellness programs.Company OverviewAccounting & Business Consulting It was founded in 1977, and is headquartered in Pleasanton, California, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
