[Remote] Sales Director, Life Science Accounts

As a Sales Director for Life Science Accounts, you will lead commercial engagements with biotech companies and CROs, managing the full sales cycle and contributing to Owkin's goal of accelerating drug discovery and development.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for a portfolio of mid-segment accounts, from pipeline generation and qualification to deal closure and expansion planningDevelop strong, multi-threaded relationships across scientific, BD, and innovation stakeholders in biotech, CROs, and investor-backed companiesTailor and deliver high-impact proposals, demos, and presentations that clearly articulate Owkinβs value in solving R&D and clinical challengesLead pricing and contract discussions with support from legal, finance, and product teamsIdentify and cultivate internal champions to support deal momentum and long-term collaborationMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline activitiesPartner with Technical Sales and Product to scope feasible solutions and support successful handoffsShare field intelligence to help refine our positioning, messaging, and commercial playbook for the mid-segmentSkillsSignificant experience in B2B enterprise sales or strategic account management, preferably in SaaS, digital platforms, or services sold into life sciences or healthcareBackground in life sciences, digital health, or AI-powered drug developmentFamiliarity with life science R&D teams and workflowsExperience in a high-growth or fast-paced scale-up environmentExperience owning and closing complex sales in biotech, CRO, or related life science sectorsProven ability to manage multiple accounts and navigate organizations with multiple stakeholdersStrong consultative selling, negotiation, and value articulation skillsStrategic thinker with high commercial acumen and ownership mindsetProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with strong forecasting and pipeline hygieneFamiliarity with AI/ML platforms or data-driven tools used in translational science, clinical trials, or portfolio evaluationBenefitsEquity option schemeIndividual and family health insurance401k retirementGenerous annual leave allowance of 35 days (in addition to any State or Federal recognised holidays)Flexible spending accountsFlexible work organizationFriendly and informal working environmentOpportunity to work with an international team with high technical and scientific backgroundsCompany OverviewOwkin is building the first BASI to unlock breakthroughs in therapies, diagnostics, and rejuvenation, while reshaping how humanity understands and engineers biology.
