They are seeking an experienced Sales Director for their Consulting and Digital Transformation line of business to grow new pipeline and develop sales strategies in the airline, hospitality, and travel space.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for identifying and closing new deals in the consulting and digital transformation servicesLeverage existing industry relationships to open doors and initiate conversations with decision makersDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targetsWork on building pipeline, defining marketing content and promoting themBe the face of IBS to the market and help position IBS as an industry leader and trusted advisor for clients of focusLeverage the IBS ecosystem of capabilities across digital innovation, domain experience and delivery excellence to develop solutions that address the clientβs business problemsStrong in communication and storytelling and have a minimum of 3-5 years working in Digital transformation with a restless creative, innovative mindset and the ability to understand business and customer needs using the leading trends in the industry, market, and technologyInnovative mindset behind developing new platform solutions based on market researchSkillsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution10+ years of experience, with strong selling capability in consulting and digital transformation servicesUnderstanding of Global Delivery Model and large deal experienceTrack record of engaging and building relationship with senior leaders, CXOs of client organizationHands-on experience with proposal creation, crafting solutions and leading proposal presentation, marketingStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsU.S. citizenship or permanent residency required. Must hold a valid passportThis position requires 50% to 75% travel within the Americas Region (North America and South America).
