[Remote] Sales Director

The Sales Director will manage the complete sales cycle process, develop client relationships, and exceed sales targets while collaborating with marketing and channel teams.ResponsibilitiesSales cycle management: manage the sales process internally and externally – engaging the appropriate resource to help drive sales resultsMeeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue TargetsManaging client relationships through all phases of the sales cycleProviding a consultative sales process to prospectsTracking customer information, forecasts, and reportsDeveloping and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leadsPlanning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channelsExceed sales quota: by driving self-created new business, handling inbound leads, and working with strategic accounts to grow revenue through renewals and upsellsClose new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with our professional services team internallyDeliver against client performance metrics to drive revenue expansion on existing business, land, and expand with current contractsIdentify, prioritize, and qualify prospects and drive them through the sales process to contractCultivate relationships with customers, decision-makers, and thought leadersAnalyze sales metrics data to help evolve your sales strategyBuild and maintain a robust client pipeline and demonstrate that with our CRM toolsStay up to date on ongoing new product features and their potential impact on new prospects and clientsSkillsMinimum 8+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions into enterprise accountsBusiness Intelligence, Analytics, Predictive Modeling, or similar background/experienceExpertise at the enterprise level in sales cycle managementHighly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgencyUnderstanding of early-stage companies and business environmentsExcellent communication skillsRecognized and proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and quotasExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skillsStrong creative thinking and solution mapping skillsExcellent consultative sales skills in defining customer needs, qualifying opportunities, articulating business outcomes, and presenting solutionsExperience in strategic sales methodologies and practicesCompany OverviewBolt is making property and casualty insurance simpler for everyone: carriers, agents, brokers and customers.
