Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Full-Time Hourly
Looking to break into tech or B2B sales but don’t have years of experience?
SalesHive hires Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and trains them to build the skills needed for a long-term sales career. Many of our reps start with little or no sales experience and develop into senior reps or team leaders.
No degree required. Experience preferred, but not required.
What the Role Looks Like:
Your job is to start conversations with business leaders and schedule meetings for our clients’ sales teams.
Each day you will:
• Call business prospects using our dialing software
• Introduce our clients’ services and ask discovery questions
• Handle objections and identify potential opportunities
• Schedule meetings for client sales teams
• Track conversations and notes in our CRM
You won’t be expected to figure it out alone. Our managers provide coaching, call feedback, and guidance so new reps improve quickly.
What You'll Gain:

Top performers can move into senior SDR or leadership roles within 3–6 months.

Compensation & Schedule:
• $18/hour base pay + commission
• On-target earnings: $41,500+
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• No nights or weekends
• Paid training
