[Remote] Sales Development Representative - SDR

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage with business owners to facilitate meaningful conversations and book appointments, contributing to the company's mission of changing how business owners think about their legacy and future.

Responsibilities
• Make 80–100 outbound touches per day through calls and texts to warm leads
• Conduct daily roleplays and submit calls for review to receive feedback
• Log every call, note, and next step in HubSpot the same day without exceptions

Skills
• Ability to make 80-100 outbound touches per day
• Experience with calls and texts to warm leads
• Ability to handle objections and build trust
• CRM discipline, specifically in HubSpot
• Willingness to participate in daily roleplays and submit calls for review
• Strong communication skills to engage with business owners
• Ability to work independently from a home office
