[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Tendril is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and expand their outbound sales efforts. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing prospect data, optimizing outbound campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients that match Waverley's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Generate and qualify new leads through multiple outbound channelsMaintain accurate prospect information including email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and direct phone numbersConduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify new opportunitiesExecute outbound prospecting campaigns using: Cold Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn Outreach, Social Selling StrategiesPersonalize outreach messaging to improve engagement and response ratesFollow up consistently with engaged prospectsSchedule qualified meetings for the sales teamMaintain accurate and organized records within the CRMUpdate lead statuses and activity notes consistentlyManage prospect pipelines and outreach sequencesEnsure data hygiene and reporting accuracySupport setup and management of outbound sales toolsManage email warm-up processes and deliverabilityTroubleshoot basic technical issues related to CRM, outreach platforms, and email systemsOptimize workflows and automation where appropriateCollaborate with marketing on messaging improvementsSupport A/B testing of email and LinkedIn campaignsIdentify SEO and content opportunities that support lead generation effortsContribute insights from prospect conversations to improve campaignsMonitor outreach performance and conversion metricsPrepare weekly reports detailing activity, response rates, meetings booked, and key insightsParticipate in coaching sessions and ongoing sales trainingSkillsFemale candidateNative English speaker (written and spoken)2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound SalesProven success generating meetings through outbound prospectingStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working remotely and independentlyHands-on experience with some or all of the following: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach.io, Salesloft, Google Workspace, Microsoft OfficeCRM management and data hygieneEmail deliverability best practicesSales automation and sequencing toolsLinkedIn prospecting and social sellingBasic SEO and content marketing knowledgeStrong research and analytical skillsExperience selling software development, IT services, SaaS, or technology solutionsExperience engaging C-level executives and decision-makersFamiliarity with outbound sales frameworks and modern prospecting methodologiesExperience supporting both sales and marketing initiativesCompany OverviewTendril is a software and services sales execution company.
