They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team through high-volume outreach and lead management.ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume outbound phone outreach to SMB and mid-market prospects, qualifying opportunities and routing them to the AE teamManage inbound leads from ContactLoop’s marketing funnel AND proactively build your own outreach pipeline, both tracks are expectedUse our CRM to maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records, disciplined pipeline and lead management is critical to this roleSchedule discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring warm, well-qualified handoffsDevelop a working knowledge of ContactLoop’s full product suite, including our Messenger, ChatFusion, and VoiceFusion tools so you can speak confidently and credibly about how our conversational AI platform powers the consumer lifecycleBring grit to every shift you will hear 'no' more than 'yes,' and that is exactly what this role requiresSkillsA natural phone communicator who builds rapport fast, handles objections calmly, and doesn't take rejection personallyGrit and perseverance above all else, the ability to make 100 calls and come back sharper is what separates great SDRs from everyone elseStrong CRM skills (or fast learner), lead management and data discipline are non-negotiableA genuine interest in AI, marketing technology, and how the customer lifecycle journey is evolvingA growth mindset, you see the SDR seat as the launchpad it is, not a ceilingNo degree requiredNo prior SDR experience requiredIf you can hold a great phone conversation and you refuse to quit, we want to meet youCompany OverviewContactLoop is a communication platform that connects voice, chat, and SMS under one AI layer — with full conversation history across every interaction.
