The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new business by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and setting up meetings for senior representatives to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Subsplash’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the platform and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needsGenerate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outletsManage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Sr. Representatives for next stepsIdentify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbookBecome an integral part of our revenue growth strategyUtilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate and source new sales opportunitiesEngage with curiosity utilizing the discovery strengths needed for a complete solutions pitchPipeline management, through customized outreach strategiesIdentify prospect’s needs and note them in Salesforce for demo purposes after the lead hand-offBuild relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunitiesDemonstrate being an introductory expert on Subsplash Platforms and servicesSet up meetings or calls with (prospective) customers and Sr. RepresentativesReport to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly resultsEffectively use provided technology, and account information to generate interest from prospectsAssess prospect needs and present appropriate solutionsConvert prospects into warm leads by scheduling a demo call with Sr. RepresentativesParticipate in team‐building and company‐growth activitiesManage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM systemSkillsA desire to learn and develop sales skills within the tech industryDemonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellenceMotivation for sales and commitment to team missionStrong oral and written communication skillsAn active listener, influencing people with solutions tailored to their needsPassionate about creating friends out of strangers.
