[Remote] Sales Development Representative (CST)

They are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to identify, qualify, and book meetings for the outside sales team, playing a crucial role in their revenue-generating efforts.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect for new customers by leveraging high volume and high velocity outbound prospecting tacticsSet up quality meetings, effectively manage a pipeline, and nurture relationshipsDevelop creative and customized outreach strategies to prospect for potential customersMaintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM systemSkillsMinimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a sales development role, with a strong background in lead generation through cold calling and emailsWillingness to dive into new projects, experiment, quickly learn from failures, and scale successful effortsProficiency in Gong, Salesforce, Zoominfo, or other sales-based tools and programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and leadership abilitiesProblem-solving skills are a mustA positive mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and coachabilityFlexibility and patience in a rapidly growing environment, understanding that processes may change frequentlyActive listening skills, with a talent for building relationships, tactfully overcoming objections, and finding creative solutions to challengesPassionate about our mission of saving livesEntrapreneurial spirit with a desire to be the 'CEO' of your businessInside Sales experience selling into Public Safety and/or Education verticalsCompany OverviewAvive Solutions, Inc.
