Remote Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter
Job Overview
Our client in Central Pennsylvania & Lehigh Valley is a leading commercial cleaning franchise. They are seeking a motivated and dynamic fully remote SDR / Appointment Generator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to a pregenerated list of potential clients. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling and warm calling to set appointments for their sales team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, coachable, confident, resilient, motivated, and independent.
Responsibilities
• Set qualified appointments for our goal-driven outside sales team using provided scripts and sales processes.
• Update and maintain accurate lead information in the company’s CRM system. This will include using our auto-dialer, and updating status of leads accurately.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
• Effectively communicate their services to potential clients and overcome objections.
• Manage and maintain data to ensure the highest level of lead quality.
Skills
• Outgoing: Friendly personality that enjoys meeting and talking to new people.
• Coachable: Openness to training and feedback is essential for success in this role.
• Confident: Ability to initiate conversations and assertively set appointments without fear of rejection.
• Resilient: The ability to stay positive and persist despite hearing "no" frequently.
