They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound efforts by initiating conversations and generating leads for Account Executives, while maintaining a disciplined approach to prospecting and meeting performance goals.ResponsibilitiesExecute daily outbound prospecting activities against defined target lists using phone, email, and sequencing tools to generate initial conversationsQualify early-stage interest and convert conversations into scheduled meetings for Account Executives, ensuring high-quality handoffsBuild and maintain consistent coverage across assigned prospect segments to ensure steady pipeline flow into the AE teamFollow defined prospecting cadences, sequencing standards, and activity expectations with consistency and attention to detailMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the outbound sales teamPartner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging feedback, and meeting quality pactMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (or HubSpot), tracking prospect interactions and progress throughout the sales cycleCollaborate with colleagues, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance team performance and collective successSkillsStrong work ethic and willingness to put in high-volume effortFamiliarity and some experience with prospecting, cold calling and pipeline creationStrong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline managementExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentExposure with CRM & sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and OutreachA self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn and improveAn ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsDiscount through DellGympass for a great workoutTelus Employee Assistance ProgramWellness and childcare subsidyUniversity/Education discountGympass for access to health and fitness appsTelus Employee Assistance Program for mental health resourcesCompany OverviewTebra provide independent healthcare practices with digital tools and support to thrive in a new era of healthcare.
