[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will identify and engage strategic enterprise prospects, focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation to support Business Development Managers.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research target accounts and key decision-makers within assigned strategic accountsExecute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channelsQualify outbound leads using defined criteria (e.g., BANT)Initiate high-quality discovery conversations to uncover business challenges aligned with RWS solutionsSchedule and hand off qualified meetings to Business Development ManagersCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to align targeted approach for outreachMaintain accurate and up-to-date activity, lead, and account data in CRMMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to sales accepted leads, pipeline contribution, and activityStay current on RWS offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscapeSupport account planning efforts by contributing research, insights, and stakeholder mapping for strategic accountsPersonalize outreach based on account initiatives, industry trends, and known business challengesParticipate in continuous joint prospecting sessions, pipeline reviews, and strategy meetings with Business Development ManagersMaintain strong internal knowledge of RWS solutions across language services, content, and technology offeringsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related B2B roleExperience selling/prospecting into enterprise accountsStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence engaging with senior-level stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyHighly organized with strong time-management skillsComfortable working in a metrics-driven environmentExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement/intelligence toolsStrong digital literacy and ability to quickly adopt new technologiesComfort using AI-powered tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and improve productivityEast Coast–based candidatesExperience in language services, content services, SaaS, or professional servicesFamiliarity with enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder sales processesExperience supporting strategic or named accountsKnowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principlesExposure to multi-product or solutions-based selling environmentsPrior experience in an SDR/BDR role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotaExperience contributing to pipeline forecasting or revenue planning activitiesBenefitsGenerous paid time off package, starting at 25 days per year (10 sick and 15 vacation), plus company holidays, birthday day off, paid volunteer time, and 100% paid parental leave.401(k) Retirement plan with company match.Company-wide agile work policy with flexible work arrangements.Opportunities for training, professional development, and personal growth.Smart, engaged co-workers and a global culture of diversity, innovation, and opportunity.Company OverviewRWS is a global AI solutions company empowering the world’s most trusted enterprise AI.
