[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Fieldwire by Hilti is a construction field management software company looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative to help grow their footprint in the construction industry. The role involves generating and qualifying new sales opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting the Account Executive team.ResponsibilitiesQualify and engage inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns as well as current Hilti customersConduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunitiesIdentify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companiesSchedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive teamCollaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipelineMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce)Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platformStay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscapeConsistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goalsSkills0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing roleCoachable, curious, and motivated by resultsStrong communication skills – written and verbalComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentExperience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce)Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonusBenefitsCompensation variable bonus which can range up to $25,000Company OverviewFieldwire by Hilti is an all-in-one jobsite management software that connects the field to the office, enabling efficient and real-time information sharing from the foremen to the project manager and everyone in between.
