[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Rhythm Innovations is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Development Representative to sell and service solutions for clients in the insurance and transportation industries. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships and supporting the sales process from lead generation through onboarding and account support.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing partners and customersProspect new clients (owner-operators, small fleets, logistics companies) through networking, referrals, and outbound salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing trucking fleet clientsEducate clients on risk management strategiesAssist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and customer communicationsConduct product and service demonstrations for prospects and clientsSupport senior sales team members in achieving revenue and growth objectivesMaintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systemsTrack sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metricsCollaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experienceStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and company offeringsMeet or exceed sales and revenue goals set by the agency companyProvide ongoing service including renewals, endorsements, and account updatesSkillsMust be located in Ft Lauderdale/Miami area2 to 3+ years of sales, SaaS, or business development experience1–3+ years of experience in freight brokerage or commercial auto or transportation insurance is a mustExcellent communication, sales, and negotiation skillsAbility to build relationships and manage multiple accountsStrong organization and time management skillsSelf-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales environmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with FMCSA/DOT regulationsUnderstanding of commercial auto underwritingExperience with telematics, ELD, dashcam, or fleet safety solutionsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredExperience selling through channel partners or referral partners is preferredCompany OverviewRhythm Innovations offers supply chain management software to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and drive sustainability.
