[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will professionally represent Motion Industries to customers. The role involves making outbound calls to develop sales opportunities and working closely with decision makers to expand business by identifying and converting sales on products.ResponsibilitiesProactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base across multiple branch locations to engage and further develop sales opportunitiesWorks closely with decision makers to expand volume business by identifying, quoting, & converting sales on products not currently being purchasedWorks with Motion customer service representatives on order entry, tracking, and other technical needsEffectively partners and works across branch and division teams to ensure proper execution of customer needsDiligently updates CRM, to stay current on account follow-ups and active quoting opportunitiesPresents Ecommerce capabilities to all assigned accounts and trains customers on these tools as assistance is needed making it easy to do businessPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsTypically requires a high school diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combinationStrong sales experience in making proactive outbound calls with the capability of understanding customer pain points, product requirements, and identifying potential add on sales opportunitiesReliable, organized, detailed, focused, along with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with field sales teamsStrong and professional communication skills; written, verbal, and presentationProven business development success through effective use of core sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)Ability to multi-task with requests and efficiently manage time while achieving sales growth goals from assigned accountsProactive and possesses a strong sense of urgency for reaching sales goalsHas Drive, Grit, and a Team Oriented 'Play to Win' attitudePositive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejectionAbility to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationshipsBenefitsHealthcare coverage401(k)Tuition reimbursementVacationSickHoliday payCompany OverviewThrough nearly 6,000 auto parts stores and over 18,000 auto care centers in the U.S., NAPA has America's largest network of parts and care.
