[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Health Data Movers is seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Development Representative to support business growth through prospect research, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and sales coordination. This role supports the SVP of Client Services and collaborates with various teams to ensure effective sales development and administrative support.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify prospective clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, industry resources, CRM data, and other channelsBuild and maintain targeted prospect lists to support lead generation effortsQualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, interest, business need, timing, and next stepsSchedule introductory calls and meetings for sales leadership, Account Executives, and Account ManagersFollow up with prospects and leads in a timely, professional, and organized mannerMaintain accurate records of outreach, prospect activity, follow-up, and meeting status in Bullhorn or other internal systemsSupport Sales and Marketing outreach campaigns, event follow-up, attendee tracking, and prospect engagementProvide administrative and operational support across the Client Services teamAssist with resume formatting, document organization, data entry, system cleanup, and process documentationCoordinate internal hiring interviews and help track candidate status and next stepsSupport conference, travel, and event-related tracking for industry events such as HIMSS, ViVE, and other conferencesIdentify opportunities to improve organization, follow-up, documentation, and team workflowsSupport continuity across Client Services and Recruiting by assisting with interim account coverage, client follow-up, candidate coordination, and related support during Account Manager, Account Executive, or Recruiter transitions, vacancies, or coverage gapsSkillsStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activitiesProfessional, proactive, and service-oriented approachComfort working across multiple teams and functionsExperience in sales development, sales support, recruiting coordination, administrative support, client services, or a related role preferredFamiliarity with Bullhorn, Google Drive, LinkedIn, or similar systems is a plusInterest in healthcare IT consulting, staffing, sales, recruiting, or business developmentCompany OverviewHealth Data Movers offers EMR data conversions and product development.
