[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified pipeline for the Business Development Executive team by identifying and engaging law firms that could benefit from Walker’s legal lead generation programs, focusing on outbound prospecting and opportunity qualification.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of qualified opportunities and contribute to long-term client growth by identifying strong prospective partnerships including:Conduct discovery conversations to assess whether a firm is a strong fit for Walker’s programsQualify practice areas such as Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle AccidentIdentify key buyer personas including Managing Partners, Firm Owners, and Marketing LeadersEvaluate the firm’s current marketing strategies and growth goalsUnderstand intake capabilities, case values, and geographic marketsSchedule qualified meetings with Business Development Executives within defined timelinesDocument prospect engagement and qualification criteria within SalesforceMaintain consistent outbound prospecting activity and track engagement in SalesforceBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities including meetings scheduled and held that lead to pipeline growthShare outreach strategies, messaging improvements, and prospect insights with the sales teamPartner closely with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunitiesProvide context and insights from prospect conversationsContribute feedback that helps refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategiesConduct target account research to identify law firms that fit Walker’s ideal client profilePerform cold calling outreach to law firms and legal practicesExecute personalized email prospecting along with structured outreach sequencesUse LinkedIn prospecting and engagement to initiate conversations with legal decision makersFollow up on conference and event leads in a timely mannerIdentify and engage managing partners, firm owners, and legal marketing leadersDevelop outreach messaging tailored to a firm's practice areas, market, and growth objectivesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Legal Studies, or related field preferredAssociate's degree with relevant sales experience will also be consideredProven sales quota attainment track recordProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite1–2 years of B2B outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar role)Experience prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedInExperience working in high activity outbound environmentsExperience selling into professional services or legal markets is strongly preferredExperience with tools and technology such as Salesforce CRM, Sales Engagement Tools (Outreach, Apollo, Gong, Hubspot, or Groove), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intelligence tools such as ZoominfoBenefits3 Weeks Paid Time Off12 Weeks of Paid Parental LeaveComprehensive Insurance Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.)401(k) Retirement Savings PlanWellness Initiatives/Employee Assistance ProgramRewards and Recognition ProgramsCareer Development OpportunitiesCompany OverviewA provider of legal marketing services It was founded in 1984, and is headquartered in Torrance, California, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
