They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to serve as the first point of contact for new patient leads, managing phone conversations with empathy and urgency while guiding patients to book consultations.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for new patient leadsProactively connect with patients via inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and textBuild rapport, answer questions, and guide patients to book consultations at over 60 nationwide clinicsCommunicate insurance coverage and payment options clearly to minimize booking barriersVerify insurance, initiate authorization requests, and manage CRM/EMR documentationTroubleshoot patient concerns and tailor your messaging to improve conversion rates (CVR)Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff to clinical careContinuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance dataMaintain high engagement by making and taking up to 100 calls per dayConsistently book 10 to 15 evaluations with an ultrasound (U/S) per dayAchieve a 55%+ conversion rate on qualified callsDeliver a consistent, patient-first experience aligned with QA guidelines and document 100% of interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systemsSpeed and efficiency in response times and follow-upPatient satisfaction scores (NPS, direct feedback)A competitive work ethic and a 'productivity mindset'Strong persuasion and objection-handling skillsThe ability to navigate multiple tools (CRM, EMR, and phone systems) simultaneously with high attention to detail under pressureA commitment to growth, with the ability to act on coaching and feedback quickly to improve performanceSkillsExperience in medical call centers, front desk patient scheduling, or insurance-based salesDeep understanding of healthcare workflowsConfidence navigating insurance barriersPrior experience converting calls into booked visitsAbility to guide patients, ask the right questions, and document accurately in EMRsStrong persuasion and objection-handling skillsAbility to navigate multiple tools (CRM, EMR, and phone systems) simultaneously with high attention to detail under pressureCommitment to growth, with the ability to act on coaching and feedback quickly to improve performanceBilingual in Spanish and EnglishExperience in sales (e.g., cold calling) or high-volume service environments (e.g., military or hospitality)BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Company HolidaysCompany-Paid Life InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company OverviewMetro Vein Centers offers varicose vein treatment that includes vascular surgery, radiofrequency ablation and laser treatment services.
