They are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting and set high-quality meetings for the sales team.ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to prospective customers to discover more about the pain in their business and how Kojo might be able to help themSetting high quality meetings for our Account Executives with prospective customersAchieving (or exceeding!) your monthly quota of meetings held and Sales-accepted opportunitiesFollowing Kojo workflows and sales operations processes to ensure good funnel and prospect dataActing as an ambassador of KojoSkillsExperience making 75+ cold calls per day in a previous BDR or SDR roleEffective phone communication skills and rapport-buildingStrong organizational skillsA high level of integrity and accountabilityGrowth mindset - willing to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve and become more and more effectivePersistence, resilience, and a willing to embrace rejectionPassionate about solving problems for subcontractors and impacting the construction industry for the better!1+ year of full-time as a SaaS SDR or similar sales experienceExperience in the construction industryEntrepreneurial experienceBenefitsNew hire equity grantFull suite of perks and benefitsCompany OverviewKojo is a materials and inventory management platform that manages the procurement, tracking, receipt, and payment of materials.
