[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to grow their Home Health vertical by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and generating new business. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls each week (hundreds of dials) Pitch our product to prospective customers through cold outreach Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging on the fly Track outreach and outcomes accurately in Salesforce Work with leadership to refine our messaging to customers based on the signals that you hear from your conversations Skills Strong spoken English and comfortable on live calls Resilience and consistency in the face of rejection Willingness to learn, iterate, and work in an experimental environment Reliable internet and a quiet working setup suitable for frequent calls 1–3 years in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles preferred Experience selling SaaS or B2B products Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Experience working remotely or with distributed teams Company Overview Clipboard connects healthcare facilities and schools with local professionals who can work unfilled shifts.
