[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a confident communicator for the Sales Development Representative role, responsible for contacting business owners, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Sales team. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from primarily cold lead sources Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets Log and manage your outreach in our CRM Actively participate in call calibrations and roleplays to refine scripts, talk tracks, and messaging Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to communicate effectively with prospects Skills At least 1 year of proven experience in a communication-based or people-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills An innate ability to build rapport and solid relationships quickly over the phone A coachable mindset with the drive to grow and improve continuously Strong organizational and time-management skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with CRM software and other software tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly The ability to work within multiple time zones across the U.S Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite Prior experience in a high-volume phone environment (call center, outbound sales, political canvassing, fundraising) or a fast-paced people-facing role Exemplify N2's Core Values A high level of motivation and a results-driven attitude A genuine desire to grow within a sales career, not just fill a role Benefits Full health care coverage for you and your family.
