[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Fieldwire is a construction field management software company seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive sales growth in the SMB segment. The SDR will engage with prospective customers, generate qualified sales opportunities, and support the Account Executive team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Qualify and engage inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns as well as current Hilti customers Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipeline Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce) Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals Skills 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role Coachable, curious, and motivated by results Strong communication skills – written and verbal Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Experience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) Interest in construction tech or SaaS Benefits Compensation variable bonus which can range up to $25,000 Company Overview Trusted on 4M+ projects worldwide, Fieldwire by Hilti connects the field and office in one simple, powerful platform so teams can move faster, stay aligned, and navigate projects with confidence from start to finish.
