[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth through strategic outbound sales and collaboration across Sales and Marketing teams. Responsibilities Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and build sequences across email, LinkedIn and other channels Chat with business owners and executives to understand their needs, qualifying leads based on clearly-defined criteria to ensure ‘fit’ before passing them to Account Executives Strategically discuss workflows and process improvement, and provide specific resources and testimonials that help prospects see our value Use AI and sales tools to research potential customers and identify the right decision-makers at the right companies, and tailor outreach accordingly Deliver a professional and positive first interaction with prospective customers Live in our tech stack (Hubspot) to refine workflows, utilize AI, maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, outreach activities, and next steps to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead-generation strategies, sharing insights from the frontlines Consistently meet and exceed targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads, driving success for yourself, the Sales team, and for commonsku You’ll be at the forefront of our AI adoption, helping us refine how we use new technology to reach more people with a more personal touch Skills Previous experience in a Sales Development role within a B2B SaaS environment or a SaaS-adjacent industry A 'tech-first' mindset where you're comfortable learning new software quickly and are excited about using AI to improve your workflow and outreach The drive to hit goals and a genuine motivation to see your strategic efforts turn into high-value booked meetings Impeccable organization skills and the ability to stay focused on high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to craft professional, personalized emails and hold engaging conversations over the phone A high level of resilience, a positive attitude, and the 'thick skin' required to navigate the natural challenges of outbound sales A strong ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with business owners and executives A desire to build a career in tech and a proactive approach to being coached, mentored, and developed A great sense of humor and a collaborative spirit!
