They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive provider growth by prospecting into Orthotic & Prosthetic clinics and Physical Therapy centers, aiming to secure demos of their platform. Responsibilities Drive high-volume outreach (60-80 calls/day) to clinics across the US Pitch Practice Economics: talk about billable hours, workflow efficiency, and profit margins Qualify Clinical Needs: assess current fabrication methods to create a wedge for Account Executives Educate the Market: show clinics that AI scanning is PDAC-approved, reimbursable, and superior to manual casting Book 15+ qualified demos per month for Clinical Account Executives Manage a high volume of leads in HubSpot, ensuring rigorous follow-up Help Marketing understand which messaging lands best with O&P professionals vs. Podiatrists Skills 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally targeting SMBs, medical practices, dental offices, or independent pharmacies Ability to navigate phone trees and front-desk staff with respect and tenacity Willingness to learn the difference between a pronated foot and a supinating foot, and the basics of medical reimbursement Energetic, organized, and able to manage a pipeline of hundreds of potential clinics without letting leads slip through the cracks Benefits Equity: Ownership in a high-growth startup backed by top VCs.
