[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to initiate contact with prospects and customers, manage inbound leads, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales. Responsibilities Outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business. Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio In addition, be responsible for responding to contact initiated by customers or prospects via telephone, email, gaining an understanding of the customers’ needs or requirements, moving the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell Skills Bachelor's degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
