[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect and qualify new leads, partner with Account Executives, and maintain disciplined activity tracking in a remote role. Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound outreach (primarily cold calling) Re-engage and qualify existing accounts for expansion opportunities Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and support land-and-expand efforts Maintain disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management in HubSpot Consistently hit daily activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets Skills 1–3 years of cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls Thrive in performance-driven environments with clear KPIs Experience working in HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement tools Strong phone presence Resilience Coachability Comfort operating in a high-activity environment Benefits Premium Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage - options for you and your family, with 100% of premiums covered for some plans - well above industry benchmarks.
