They are seeking a Sales Development Executive to generate leads and create opportunities in the insurance sector, particularly in subrogation recovery services. The role involves identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads within Insurance spaceIdentify and research potential clients then initiate contact through various channels including phone/cold calling, email, campaigns, and social media to qualify leadsProvide the Insurance Subrogation Sales team with thoroughly vetted leads and cultivate relationships with prospects, establishing them as potential clients and paving the way for sales team engagementSupport Marketing in lead-generating activities, doing pre- and/or post follow-up campaigns on Marketing Qualified LeadsRecord all communications and activity in the CRM software to track leads, manage client interaction, and monitor sales performanceField cross selling opportunities from internal parties and distribute appropriately to outside sales executivesWork with sales and marketing to prepare and supply information, collateral, or any other requested information from prospectsConduct market research to discover untapped markets and industries to identify new opportunitiesTrack sales activities in the CRM; prepare and submit regular sales reports as requiredUpsell and cross sell servicesKeep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniquesCollaborate with internal departments to resolve client issuesDevelop effective sales strategies and identify opportunities to improve sales performanceContinuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideasFoster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regionsAssist in sales project work as requiredAct as backup to other members of the sales DepartmentsMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted withSkillsHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED)5+ years of experience in business development selling to insurance carriersExperience with insurance sales, servicing in the commercial spaceFluency in the English languageStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and strong relationshipsExperience in Insurance Subrogation necessaryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsAdvanced skills in prospecting and lead generationAdvanced presentation and public speaking skillsProficient in MS Office and CRM toolsAbility to handle rejection and stay motivatedStrong problem-solving skillsStrong time management and prioritization skillsBasic mathematical skillsBenefitsThis position is fully remote; your equipment will be supplied.We offer unlimited earning potential through incentive compensation, with base pay commensurate with experience.Company OverviewCadex Solutions is a provider of commercial order-to-cash management solutions.
