Remote Sales Development ($75k - $150k)

• You'll consult with families virtually, help them find the right coverage, and follow up on warm leads.
• You'll plug into our training, show up to team calls, and be coachable.

• You're coachable and take ownership of your results.
• You don't need to be micromanaged. You're organized and self-motivated.
• Sales or customer service background helps, but it's not required.

• This is a licensed role with flexibility and autonomy. You run your own book of business with our support.
