[Remote] Sales & Customer Service Ambassador

The role involves welcoming new patients, scheduling consultations, and supporting existing patients while adhering to quality assurance standards.ResponsibilitiesWelcome new patients via inbound call, outbound call, sms, live chat, and email to schedule a free consultation (no cold calling). Must be very tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems on your PC efficientlySupport existing patients by sending requests for follow up, warm-transferring to the center and fielding non-urgent, urgent, and emergent Medical Escalations to connect patients with center team members, clinicians, or an On-Call SurgeonAccurately capture and enter patient information with detailed notes within our CRM systemsAdhere to compliance with call flow, candidacy, light medical screening questions, and all other Quality Assurance requirementsOwn the first impression of the patient journeyEngage with patients, build rapport, and offer support in finding solutions by overcoming objectionsCollaborate with Leadership, Training and QA to stay updated on new services and policiesSkillsApplicants must reside in the state of Nevada to be considered for this roleCustomer service: 1 yearSales with a quota or objective: 1 yearYou must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 1 weekend day on a regular basisYou must have the ability to establish a private workspace with a lockable door for your home workstationYou must have the ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting and maintenanceNo background noisesHigh-speed internet connection.
