Remote Sales & Customer Service Agent
Position Overview:
Fite Strategies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to connect with businesses and homeowners, scheduling appointments for free service estimates. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive commission-based earnings, and the opportunity to expand into direct-to-consumer sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Conduct outbound outreach to businesses, securing appointments for free service estimates.
Ā Professionally engage with potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services.
Ā Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions.
Ā Optionally, engage in direct-to-consumer sales, earning a commission of 20% on completed jobs.
Ā Consistently meet productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour.
Qualifications:
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ā Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Ā Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Ā Competitive pay structure with per-appointment earnings as well as percentage of the total job price if the appointment results in a sale.
Ā Additional percentage commission on successfully closed jobs for direct-to-consumer sales.
