[Remote] Sales Coordinator

They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and helping coordinate sales efforts as the company experiences rapid growth.ResponsibilitiesHelp support and grow overall conversion goals through cross-territory prospecting and setting meetings for all BSMs/ISMs and helping to build a territoryAssist with prospecting through email and phone outreachSubmit proposal and contract requests on behalf of assigned Gravie Broker Sales ManagersInterface directly with external broker staff to gather all necessary materials required during the quoting and contracting processEnsure quoting materials are complete and stored correctly in shared company foldersWork with the Revenue Operations and Underwriting teams to prioritize rushed requests and ensure critical deadlines are metEnter sales contacts, accounts and opportunities in SalesforcePrepare and proofread presentations and sales communicationsAttend and take notes in sales meetingsCoordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partnersTake an active role in helping BSMs and ISMs identify conference, convention, and sponsorship opportunities, as well as facilitate the setup, recruit brokers for attendance, and any other tasks associated with themAssist with sales research and requests as neededActively follow up on incoming leads via email and phone calls to drive pipeline generationDemonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome orientedAssist and organize pipeline and understand where quotes are in the quoting process to ensure on time deliverySkillsBachelor's degree or related work experienceProven track record of meeting and/or exceeding goalsStrong written and verbal communications skillsA high degree of organization, accuracy, and detail-orientationA resourceful, driven, and resilient attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong customer-service skillsPrevious startup company experienceSalesforce and Pardot experienceHealthcare or health insurance experienceProfessional experience in sales and/or marketingBenefitsAlternative medicine coverageGenerous PTOUp to 16 weeks paid parental leavePaid holidaysA 401k programTransportation perksEducation reimbursementPaid paw-ternity leaveCompany OverviewGravie is an insurance company that designs health benefits plans for small and midsize employers.
