[Remote] Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant will facilitate the growth of new relationships and business, driving sales with plan sponsors and strategic partners in the prevailing wage market to meet assigned sales goals.ResponsibilitiesAbility to learn multiple platform/product solutions; assist Plan Sponsors with a âneeds analysisâ to ensure the appropriate solutionAbility to discuss industry trends with strategic partners and prospective clientsStrong, in-depth ERISA and plan design knowledgeStrong knowledge of key competitors with the ability to highlight our competitive advantages in the prevailing wage marketEstablish and maintain productive, working relationships with strategic partners with the goal of earning their retirement plan and health businessCoordinate wholesaling efforts with Beneco Internal Sales to maximize coverage and effectivenessRemain current on industry, technical and product knowledge.
