[Remote] Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant drives the traffic conversion of buyers of new home communities and assists buyers in ensuring a great customer experience through the construction and closing process.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new traffic to our sales studios through networking, outreach to area real estate agents, and flyers to the publicManage, qualify, and actively seek customer inbound traffic, referrals, and other means to generate new trafficMaintain and update all flyers, marketing information, and signageComplete the responsibilities of the sales studio, i.e., opening and closing checklistOrganize and maintain all necessary company files for the sales studioCommunicate with mortgage lenders to confirm that the required documentation is received from Century Complete and the new home buyer to ensure the loan processing is on track for closing on the essence dateFacilitate a smooth sales process with the builder, buyer, real estate agent, and lender to ensure all aspects of the buying process are coordinated properly through closingMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goalsAttend regular studio and company meetingsMaintain strong relationships with all buyers after closingPerform other duties as needed or assignedSkills1+ years of experience in both inside and outside salesMust have a valid real estate license in ArizonaHigh school diploma or GEDEntrepreneurial and goal-oriented with a clear business senseStrong customer service backgroundOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to build relationships with realtors, influencers, and potential homebuyersHistory of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent organizational skills and detail orientedKnowledge of residential homebuilding is a plusCompany OverviewPart of Century Communities—a top US public homebuilder—Century Complete allows you to purchase a quality new home through an innovative online experience.
